With so many subclasses available, choosing the right machine can be overwhelming. Don’t hesitate to contact us before making a purchase! At ASM, we believe in providing ongoing support and assistance throughout the lifespan of your machinery. Whether you need parts, accessories, or repair services, we're here to help. We offer in-house repairs, as well as on-site and remote support to keep your equipment running smoothly.
We aim to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we provide returns for orders made at www.asmstitch.com within fifteen (15) days of delivery (minus shipping/handling fees). Please review our terms and conditions below.
Terms and Conditions:
•Returns must be initiated within fifteen (15) days of product delivery.
•Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including the original box and/or packaging, as well as any applicable tags, manuals, warranty documents, and accessories.
•Large freight items can be returned within 15 days of receipt in unused condition. Please note that you are responsible for arranging and funding the return of large freight items.
•All returns must be shipped back with an authorization number. The return authorization can be obtained by speaking to one of our team members.
•When you purchase an item that is considered a "special order"—typically custom-made or ordered specifically for you—you cannot return it unless there is a manufacturer defect; essentially, all sales are final on special order items.
